Education and Training
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW) with the BC College of Social Workers. A Personal Glimpse
I’ve lived in Port Coquitlam for the past twenty-two years where my partner and I raised our family. During this time, I worked as a counsellor at a local non-profit agency -SHARE Family and Community Services.
In 2024, I joined the counselling team at Aster Wellness Centre in Port Coquitlam and then later opened an office in the wonderful community of Pitt Meadows.
I know what it’s like to live with anxiety and panic attacks – both have shown up in my life since I was young. I’ve found ways to live a full life with anxiety (as can you!) It has been helpful to connect with others experiencing this issue – most recently through podcasts.
After years of being an avid podcast listener, I jumped at the opportunity to produce and host a podcast for Gambling Support BC. It’s called Fold em: Help for Gambling Problems and is available on all podcast apps.
